Awesome product and love to use in shakes and smoothies

Not bad for price Pros: fragrant and lightly flavored, not sour. Quality is a nice powder, not clumpy, soft texture. One ingredient Cons: color is definitely more pink. Doesn’t mix easily unless emulsified.

Very flavorful

This blueberry powder is fabulous! I purchased it to make macarons and it worked perfectly! To get the color I wanted I did need to add a little bit of blue food coloring, otherwise it’s more purple. But the flavor is outstanding! If you use this to make blueberry macaron shells, pair it with a lemon butter cream… holy Toledo! Now I need to find other ways to use this powder but I have no doubt there will be many.

Seemed like a good idea for smoothies, etc. instead of keeping frozen whole blueberries in the freezer. But this cakes up even in a dry pantry, and gets pretty hard--in other words it doesn't stay a powder, which makes it hard to measure out and / or dissolve. For the price ... I dunno.

This blueberry powder is really versatile since it can be added to just about anything (yogurt, pancakes, smoothies, teas, baked goods, juice). I actually tasted about a full teaspoon of it by itself and it tastes good! The only thing is that the powder is ULTRA fine so it does CLUMP and is hard to mix. I mixed some with my green tea matcha but I couldn't mix it with a spoon and had to use a frother. for about an 8 oz cup, I used two big heaping tablespoons so probably actually more like 4 tablespoons and the flavor of the blueberry was still very mild. This bottle will go very quick!

I used it to make blueberry cookie dough and it came out fantastic. Next I am going to try it in pancakes
