The Havells Carlo instant water heater has been a total game changer for our bathroom. Installation was quick and the vertical mounting is space efficient. It heats 3 litres of water very fast which is enough for a quick morning shower. Being Havells I expected good quality and it definitely delivers. The thermostat maintains temperature well and the safety features give peace of mind. It has been running for over 4 months without a single issue. Power consumption is decent. For a Havells product the price is very reasonable and the quality is exactly what you would expect from this trusted Indian brand. Very happy with this purchase.

Havells 3L water geyser - Nice product but with hidden costs
Booking on Amazon, delivery and installation request was very quick and smooth. Installation also done quickly. Product performance is superb. Only disappointment is IN and OUT tubes ₹550 and power socket ₹150 were not included. Had to pay extra (350+550+150) ₹1050 including installation charges which was already mentioned before. So actual cost comes to around ₹4500 instead of 3000/-. At this price other brands or higher capacity geysers may also be worth considering. Overall product is very good and installation was smooth. Just feel basic accessories should have been included.
