Q: Can you purchase replacement nozzle sets for these guns?

The spray gun is so cheep just buy another gun.

Q: Whats the minimum cfm / psi this gun needs to operate

Maximum air pressure is 40 PSI. I try to stay between 35 and 40. Lower air pressures work but I wouldn't go below 30 PSI as atomization would likely suffer. Sprayers need a healthy amount CFM in the 6 or 7 CFM range. A small nail gun compressor with a small 1 to 3 gallon tank can't keep up. I have a 3.7 CFM at 40 PSI nail gun compressor and it can't keep up. I use a 30 gallon 8.7 CFM compressor for spraying and it works well. BTW this gun is one of the best I have owned. I use it only for spraying lacquer and haven't tried it with anything more viscous.

Q: will it spray automotive base and clear coat?

Q: Will this work for stains, polyurethanes, latex, or oil based sprays? i have recently gotten into small wood projects and need a good sprayer.

Latex and probably poly would have to thinned to much. This only has a .08 nozzle
