Worst product. After three months, it stopped working. I want to claim the warranty. Their customer support team answered the first time, then they gave me the mobile number of a technician who is in my area. But he was not answering the call. Several times I tried to call, and now it's been almost one week. Then I called the customer center, but they are not answering. What kind of warranty is this? No service is available. Why is Amazon selling products from these kinds of companies? I trusted Amazon, and now this has happened. What do I do now? My request is to take back this product and refund my money.

Been using this since last 3 months it's a good product but one thing you must know before buying this is that it's fully manual, for cooking there's voltage and temperature adjustment only and for time look on clock so overall it's nice and budget friendly product.
