Dr brown's options glass wide-neck bottle is the market's first convertible bottle that can be used with or without the vent system. it is now available in a glass version that some parents prefer . the unique internal green vent system continues to create 100% vacuum free feeding, which is clinically proven to help reduce wind related colic. this is what makes 9 out of 10 healthcare professionals recommend Dr. brown's. as baby becomes more developed the bottle can be used without the green vent system to work more like a conventional, teat-vented bottle. the options bottles are bpa free. the bottles are available in single or twin packs and silicone sleeves are also available to prevent heat transfer when using the glass bottles.

Good measuring flask
I obviously I not thought it through while buying it but this being glass means that the milk goes cold very quickly. So I don’t use it to feed. However, I now use it to cool down the boiled water and as a measuring flask for the formula. This allows me to add formula powder directly into feeding bottle which means the scooping spoon of my formula doesn’t get sticky with formula from all the moisture.Overall a very good quality well built glass bottle.

great product
I wish I had known about the glass bottle from start. Even though the plastic options are BPA free, there might be other substances that leak into the hot milk in the bottle that we don't get to know. The glass is always a safer/healthier option, I believe. Easy to clean, looks new even after 9 months of usage. But the massive plus point is the cooling time for when you have to prepare formula milk using hot water. A fraction of time it takes to cool down a plastic bottle.
