Good for accidental gluten and dairy exposure. Works great pill size is medium capsules and easy for child to chew or adult to swallow. Not much of a taste to it which is good. It used to be more affordable but now that Target doesn’t sell it anymore this is about the only place you can find it so the price went up. It does work though.

It's a digestive ENZYME, a chemical the body releases in our stomach to help break down food into smaller particles so they don't pass through the intestinal wall into the blood stream before ìts properly digested and it's more efficiently assimilated to avoid gas, stomach cramps, etc. It's Not Appetite control ??. .Duh ?? Who writes this stuff anyway ?

These work so well for difficulty digesting gluten or dairy. A few members of my household, and I take them for different digestive issues. It seems to alleviate the symptoms very quickly.

I genuinely never write reviews. these are the best digestive enzymes ive ever used and ive tried so many. Im constantly bloated no matter what I eat. I have a gluten intolerance and these even help me when ive digested a little gluten. I love these so much.

I swear by this! I have sensitivity to both dairy and gluten and take this before I eat either. I don’t have the bloating or heartburn/acid reflux as I do if I don’t take it. I’ve forgotten to take it before meals with either and it still works even if taking it after.

these enzymes work really well for different intolerances to dairy and gluten. however, this particular seller takes forever to ship
