KetoSports KetoCaNa Dietary Ketone Supplement for Physical and Mental Performance, Strawberry Lemonade, 32 Servings

This product has the best taste right out of the jar of any ketone salt product. I have only bought the orange citrus flavor although I think there is at least one other. This one tastes a lot like the old (sugar laden) 'Tang' drink mix. The price is marginally more than another ketone salt product that I tried (and reviewed elsewhere), but the taste is superior, probably because the pH is adjusted correctly with the appropriate amount of citric acid.A word on dosage:The recommended dose of one 19 gram scoop is way more than necessary. By my own experience based on experimentation, I have found that 1/2 Tbsp of powder in 2 oz of water is sufficient for effective appetite control. The most anyone would ever need in one serving is 1 Tbsp in 4 oz of water. Any more than that is wasteful and no more effective. You do *not* need to use it on a regular basis, that also would be wasteful and costly. Just use it as a *tool* to help you through keto induction and to calm down the occasional but inevitable cravings that you can encounter when you are eating keto. It also helps you get back into keto painlessly whenever you drop out of keto metabolism. Do not think of it as a food or a supplement. That way, a jar will last you quite a long time.

This product while a tad cloyingly sweet, is an amazing tool for those on a Keto diet and who—like myself—May fall out of ketosis as a result of a diet indulgence once in awhile. My first use of the product left me feeling quite energetic and my body subtly thrumming for a couple of days. I would highly recommend that if you’re serious about Keto ( I have never felt or looked better) then keep a jar of this on your shelf to supplement those rare occasions you fall off the wagon! My falling off the Keto wagon is an occasional glass of wine or two. Would highly recommend.

Works fine, puts you right in purple ketosis. I noticed that even if i go to sleep in full ketosis most days in the morning is gone (but not sure why, cant blame the product, no evidence)Very expensive so i wont reorder anytime soon. will try out mct powder.I would have it for those days you deviate from a keto diet and you eant to go back.agree with another reviewer, the container is huge for what comes inside.Tastes really good. Totally drinkable.

Taste isn't the best & I struggle to drink it by itself but I mix with SKALD Fat Burner Energy Powder - drink mix - same flavor & it's great. A little tart, but MUCH more tolerable.As far as effectiveness! This is helping me to drop weight. I'm down 13lbs this month and I've been focusing on a low carb high protein/healthy fat eating plan while taking This KetoCaNa along with the SKALD Fat burner together each morning and then KetoSports KetoShield Dietary Supplement to help control glucose levels to stablize insulin levels and help burn stored fat vs adding to it.I keep my net carbs to 30 per day - will increase if I increase my activity levels - but High protein and high fats - I use My Fitness Pal with the macro nutrients set for a Ketogenic focus. It's working and I love the foods I'm eating -with the help of these two Keto Sports supplements (KetoCaNa & KetoShield) along with SKALD - I'm finally seeing weight come off!!

The taste is super strong, and pretty sour. I found a way to use it with my quest protein powder shake (just add a scoop while making a protein shake ) and it tastes more like an orange Creamsicle. So far so good, with the results of being in ketosis. With help from using a ketosis diet. I sleep better, more energy, and losing body fat, is all a plus! I do like the keto os by pruvit much better as it even tastes better and offers added mct powder in its product. But it costs a bit more. Not by much, but it is still pricier. When I ordered this, I assumed it was a full month supply, think it was WAY less expensive. However, this isn't the case. This is a 15 day supply, therefore being just a few dollars less. Either way, it seems to be working.

So the Keto diet all the rage these days, I tried to do it for athletic performance benefits. I failed missreably. I then heard you can have all the benefits of ketosis by using exogenous ketones, and let me tell you. I love this stuff. I wake up and instead of consuming food I have about half a scoop (I show how much I usually use in the photo) of this stuff and go to BJJ class. The focus and energy I have is amazing, I'm on fire! I used it one time and then sat at my computer planning to go to they gym and lost track of time, all of a sudden 20 mins later or so I couldn't sit still and was feeling an insane burst of energy, it works!Also, it feels like it launches me right into ketosis, I'm not hungry for many hours after an hour long bjj class and then an hour of rolling. With a normal breakfast, I'm starting to starve halfway through class. This stuff makes a huge difference, mind you this is the only flavor/brand I've tried.If you're using keto for weight loss I think this stuff might help you get to ketosis without the keto flu, but I imagine consuming it regularly isn't doing you any favors, you want your body to turn your own fat into ketones, not get them exogenously.Good luck with your keto ambitions! I'm now ordering the strawberry lemonade flavor and then other brands. will update this review when I have a comparison.

Great product, good flavour, good value!

I seriously had my doubts about exogenous ketones but I've been doing n=1 science on friends and family. And yea it works. I mean it doesn't do the work if you aren't trying for ketosis but there is definitely a brain effect and clarity for me and others. Its rather expensive and won't be buying again as my body can do this on its own but it's definitely neat that they do work

It’s ok. Not exactly the same results as the other product I use. It does have a very strong flavour. Too strong for my liking. But may be great for someone else.
