This creatine monohydrate powder from Bybon is an excellent way of getting your creatine intake. It's value for money being 1kg at a low price, and also comes as a tub with an included scoop to make dosing easier. I usually purchase my creatine from Protein Works, and let me tell you, this stuff here is pretty much the same quality as the more expensive brands. It mixes quite well with water or juice, and doesn't leave too much granules at the bottom of the cup (this is normal for creatine monohydrate). Overall the texture is good for a creatine monohydrate, and taste isn't terrible (I usually mix it with orange juice as it helps stop the bitterness) Being 1kg this has lasted me quite a while so I do not need to purchase again for a long time. The scoop is 5g which is what is recommended daily for a sufficient creatine intake for gym, bodybuilding, fitness etc. I have definitely seen the benefits and positive effects of taking this everyday whilst following a bodybuilding program. It allows your muscle to pull it more water making them look more full and larger, and also helps with endurance during a workout. So effectiveness is excellent and I can tell this is the real deal. I would definitely recommend trying this, you won't be disappointed.

Good value and decent quality. Works as expected. Very fine powder not like some that are more like small crystals. Does have a slightly bitter taste but that is normal. Remains suspended in water when stirred, somebody commented that it doesn't dissolve fully - real creatine does not dissolve in water so not sure what they are comparing it to. Another commented that they only got half a tub - if you measure the container and do some basic math you will find that the volume is approx 3 litres. It would hold 3 kilos of water - creatine is not as dense as water, 1kg would fill the tub to somewhere between 1/2 and 2/3 full. If you're not sure then weigh it.

I’ve tried a few different creatine brands, and this is definitely the best value for money I’ve found so far. You get a huge amount of product for the price, which makes it perfect if you’re taking it daily. One thing I really appreciated was the packaging; surprisingly, the scoop was right near the top! Usually, you have to dig through the powder with a knife to find it, so that was a win. In terms of texture, it is a little bit grittier than some of the more expensive 'micronised' versions I've used before. It doesn't dissolve 100% instantly, but if you give it a good shake or mix it into a protein shake, you don't really notice it. For the price and the results, I’m more than happy to deal with a tiny bit of grit. Will definitely be buying this again.
