This is a great dumbbell. It is easy to cycle through the different weights. After using the dumbbells for several months, I do not have any concerns about the plates disconnecting from them during exercises.

What a great product! I have bought multiple different brands of adjustable dumbbell, but this one is the best! There is no slide when you use the dumbbell, no matter which exercise you use. It is exactly like using normal ones, but this set is much more convenient due to its small size and convenience. Other models from different brands have broken on me before, with plates falling off in the middle of a workout. This is the last thing that I would ever want to happen, and I need assurance that it won't again. Also the grip on the handle is grippy and your hands don't have to worry about dropping them. My concerns do include not having a bell/ring feature when turning the dumbbell inside its holder. This is especially helpful when I do not have sufficient lighting. Other than that I do enjoy this product and recommend for young lifters. This model is very safe and a great introduction to strength training.

It says "dumbbells" and has a picture of 2... but it just 1. Description says single, but suggests that's 25lbs PER weight. Don't buy these... 2 reasons. They were shattered when I unboxed them, and they are cheaply constructed.

I think this a great adjustable dumbbell. I knocked it down a star because only is 1 dumbbell and seems a bit pricey. However, I did buy 2 and they come with a holder.They easily and smoothly adjust to the different lbs. Handles have a slight rubber grip which is very helpful. I’m pleased with the purchase as it saves room so I don’t have to have a bunch of dumbbells.

The adjustable weight is compact and easy to use. It’s a great way to train with multiple weight levels without additional equipment. The adjustment process is straightforward and works well. Would definitely recommend.

Well made, very smooth mechanism. I like how it takes up a lot less space than a full set. I bought just one for my work and keep it under my desk. Works better than coffee. I thought I might need two, but turns out with just one I can work both arms and just don't need to take any breaks in between. One is enough and half the price.

Would have been nice to have gotten set mis led into thinking this was a set not an individual dumbbell.
