It is a high quality pad good

I recived the product today , it is a good product , but the big fan had been blocked by the smaller fans because they were not adjusted properly and were falling out of place , I fixed the problem but it would be better if the smaller fans were locked in place with screws and purple color option would be great as well since the Kreo always uses purple for its product.

Kreo makes good looking products for sure, but... They dont last beyond the stipulated warranty period. Take this laptop cooler for example, the fan surfaces on top became rusted within a year of use and the cooling dropped down to the point that there was no difference in 1-6 fan speeds, the only thing that works properly till now is the RGB lights but what use is it? In short, bad cooling and temperature control, fan speeds are useless. Never buying anything from Kreo ever again (I had a similar problem with the Kreo Chimera V2 mouse, for 5 months was writing emails to them to convince them to honor the warranty and only after N number of videos showing the problem did they pick up and replace the product, that too in warranty, when all other companies just repair/replace without any questions).

The cooling is great but the package was damage i did not notice it when i unboxed and pluged it in half of the led on the left side were not working. But if you need a good cooler its a good choice

Very good product. Cooling instantly. Fan speed is good. Silent for medium speed. But little noises while using in top speed. Otherwise quality is good.

I bought the Kreo Tundra Laptop Cooler Pad with 5 Adjustable Levels, and overall I am satisfied with it.The cooling pad is easy to use and the 5 adjustable levels help me set a comfortable angle. It fits my laptop well and feels strong and durable.The fans work fine and reduce heat during normal use. However, sometimes it does not cool that much, especially during heavy gaming or long usage. The cooling performance could be better.Overall, it is a decent product for daily use and basic cooling. It is good for the price, but it may not be perfect for heavy gaming
