Product Description Snoop has sold over 14 million albums as a solo artist. "Drop It Like It's Hot," the lead single and video from R&G: The Masterpiece, was produced by the Grammy Award winning production duo The Neptunes and features Pharrell. The single (as of 10/6) is at approx 5000 spins nationwide and 50 million in audience and was #1 MOST ADDED and TOP 10 at Urban radio. On his latest album Snoop teams up with The Neptunes again on multiple tracks, maximizing his hit chemistry with them as displayed on the hit 'Beautiful' from his last album. desertcart.com Considering that most Golden Era rap talents birthed by Dr. Dre have ridden off into the sunset--or are simply much less active and relevant in 2004--it's somewhat surprising that Snoop keeps churning out the hits like it was 1993. Make no mistake, Snoop's raps are still very much gangsta, as the title of the disc implies and as "Bang Out" clearly outlines. They're just a bit more adult-contemporary gangsta now. Despite the heavy pro-pimp overtones, the Doggfather's smoothed-out timbre and flow mask the harshness of his regressive views. The exceptional production throughout is highlighted by the Neptunes' contributions, from the catchy, minimalist "Drop It Like It's Hot" all the way to the '80s retro-funk jam "Let's Get Blown." Steady vocal contributions from funk stalwart Charlie Wilson (Gap Band) and 50 Cent, and nasty beats supplied by everyone from the Alchemist to Hi-Tek put this one over the top. --Dalton Higgins Review: Excelente disco a muy buen precio Review: awesome - fast shipping and great quality!

Snooptastic, R&G holds up a decade later!
Great album. Snoop has made some mediocre records over the years, this is one of his best besides Doggystyle. I enjoyed the singles a lot back when this album was release, but I never purchased it. Buying it now(2014), it still holds up well. A lot of good tunes along with the singles I remember hearing a decade ago.

Amazing.
I love to listen to Snoop Dogg's music. And I think this CD is a perfect example. For Instance: I listen to three of his music, and some of them feature Pharrell Williams, Justin Timberlake, and Charlie Wilson. I love Snoop Dogg and his music. ONE LUV' DOG.

R&G (Rhythm & Gangsta): The Masterpiece is exactly what the title promises — a smooth, stylish, and confident record that blends Snoop’s West Coast swagger with mainstream R&B vibes. Released in 2004, this album showed Snoop's versatility as both a lyricist and a crossover artist. From the infectious Drop It Like It’s Hot to the soulful Signs featuring Justin Timberlake and Charlie Wilson, this album offers a wide range of sounds while still keeping that unmistakable Snoop Dogg flavor. Pharrell Williams and The Neptunes dominate the production — their chemistry with Snoop is undeniable. The CD is well-produced, with clear sound, strong bass, and excellent mastering. The artwork and liner notes are well done — a nice addition for collectors who still appreciate physical media. --- 🔊 Tracklist: 1. [Intro] I Love to Give You Light 2. Bang Out 3.
