I've used those metal range covers in the past; actually had the same one for years & it suited me fine-- but it wasn't as durable as I wanted. After comparing a number of different styles, I settled on this one. I've only had it for a few weeks-- but thus far, it's perfect. It meets my needs, seems sturdy enough-- though I haven't used it as a cutting board. But, I have used it as an extension of my counter & have put a few weighty items on it without a problem. It also seems solid. I've had bamboo cutting boards in the past that weren't solid bamboo but a veneer. This seems to be solid (fingers crossed). The bamboo part easy enough to clean, though the black cutting surface is a bit harder to clean & takes forever to dry-- but that's manageable, especially for the price.

I bought this for my small kitchen so I could cook on two burners and use a cutting board on the other side. I used to set a regular cutting board on the cold burners but it would slip around and flip off their sides, and I worried that I would accidentally burn it. This item is sturdy and well made; I like the way it sits well above the burners, stays in place, and the cutting surface doesn’t seem to scratch and is so easy to clean. I am very pleased with this purchase!

I have a small kitchen with limited counter space. This is so convenient to have on the stove. Makes cutting quick and easy because it’s always ready to go. Great working height to make cutting comfortable. The black part is dishwasher safe. I’ve had this for about 6months now and I love it.

Very pleased with the quality of this. Nice and sturdy. Easy to pop the black pad off to wash it. Like that it give me extra space on top of the stove while keeping the burners clean. I would purchase this again, if I needed another one.

Went together easily, though there was some irregularity in the way the legs fastened in, like they weren’t all made to quite the same spec. It is good enough. Best part though was the 10 minutes I spent digging out the bamboo splinter it put into the side of my finger when I turned it over. QA might be a little under-staffed.

This does double duty on our boat, we use it as a cover for the electric stove top so it doesn’t get scratched (on a boat everyone tends to put everything on it some there is very little counter space) this protects it. We also use this as a serving tray when we have charcuterie etc out on deck, lastly it’sa perfect cutting board surface which is needed in such a tight space. I’ll post photos later.

I was enjoying this product until my cat knocked it off my apartment stove and it completely cracked in half. Very disappointed in the quality, there’s no reason why it should’ve broken that easily. I would try and glue it back together but am worried about the glue being food-safe so I’m opting to just throw it out. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend, especially for pet households!

It’s unfortunate I wanted this to work soo bad but two cutting boards later and the third days using it and I noticed it started splitting, my first one that showed up was in 2 pieces, so I sent it back and they sent me a replacement.

I wasn't sure about the adjustable legs, but they provide the extra height I was looking for as well as fits snuggly on the stove top or cupboard.

Pretty much useless as a cutting board, unless you like ones that are NOT flat. I've never had a cutting board warped this quickly.
