Tastes good and fiber really helps keep regular.

Taste so good
They start to work after continued use. I did have bloating at first but that is expected when starting out. They did end up helping me be regular. And they taste so good honestly I would look forward to them every day haha.

Flavor is great and the gummies hold their consistency. Some I’ve had get sticky and hard to get out however these have held up very good. They are doing their job with just taking one full serving per day.
