These panels are not cheaply made, high quality materials that are built tough! I have a smaller Hooga Pro red light and it was worth the money but it was time consuming for me to use all over. So I decided to upgrade to the larger Ultra panel for more coverage and more wavelength. Wow, what a difference! I have KP that nothing has ever helped. This new Ultra red light has caused the KP to greatly improve in just a few weeks. That wasn’t why I was using the panel, my main concern is, I have an autoimmune disease and I get severe muscle pain from inflammation (I have MCTD & MCAS). The red light has tremendously helped with my body’s inflammatory response. There are so many benefits to using red light. My skin looks better than it has in years. My hormonal cystic acne doesn’t flare up anymore, I am in my late 40’s and I don’t wear reading glasses yet. My inflammation is getting better and just feeling the warmth is very soothing.

This is my second red light purchase from Hooga and I am very satisfied with their products. Easy to use and most importantly, it works! It takes consistency to see results from red light therapies, but this product in particular is very easy to adjust settings for optimal benefits depending on what you need. I use it for skin care and extra healing after surgery.

Works for me/melasma and on fine wrinkles, heavy duty machine. I was getting red light in a doctor's office and after 5 sessions, one 30 min per week session my face was brighter. Saving money woth this machine, it does cost money but WAY cheaper than office visit and cheaper than burning money on one that doesn't work. Went down a rabbit hole of research and landed on this brand for many reasons. Lots of videos out there about wave length and light strength that you can look into. Been using this for a few months and after a few weeks my melasma got lighter. I was very nervous because I read it did the opposite for some people. My skin is in better condition and a bit tighter too! Will be using something similar for life! Strongly recommend. My sister got one from Costco that you use directly on your face, it is a world of difference. This one is strong and professional, the other one felt so light weight and ineffective. Also, red light face masks don't work, your welcome lol.

While I still have not yet assessed how well RLT works, I can attest to PLT, photo light therapy, regarding psoriasis through Pacific Skin Institutes PLT program. For the first time in over 30 years I am pain and symptom free, no pharmaceuticals, drugs, creams or lotions. This product is extremely well made. Robust steel frame and quality lamps. Sturdy stand, includes remote and eye protection. The three brightness settings are impressive. This has a lot of light power, does not have the LED flicker. The timer is great and I like that it is portable. I'm looking forward to see what kind of results I get over the next few weeks of use.

I was excited to use this product, but the remote wouldn’t work. It’s a remote that you have to connect to a USB cable and charge. I charged it but as soon as you disconnected and pressed to operate it would show no charge left. I couldn’t keep a product where the remote couldn’t work . Sadly have to return it. BUT have ordered a simpler product HOOGA HG 300 which is more simpler than the ultra but still the output I’m looking for. I have heard many good things about this product line so I’m gonna be another chance

I’m sure you’ve read the literature, it’s great for your health to use red light therapy. The Hooga panel is easy to set a time and soak up the benefits. It’s durable and built well, not to mention it feels nice when the IR is turned on too. My dog likes to lay in front of it as well

Well built. Takes some planning to use effectively. I have only used it for a few weeks for rotator cuff and knee issues but there seems to have been clear improvement using light and physical therapy.

Excellent lamp, very powerful L.E.D.s. Customer support is outstanding- had a problem with the remote and missing charge lead. Was solved immediately and a replacement remote and lead sent in post. Highly recommended.

TBH, I have no idea how effective this is in my case, I am using it on my leg and knee which are struggling to recover from a major op. No way to tell whether it's benefitted me or not, but the placebo effect is a real thing, so hopefully some benefit! Sarcasm aside, the Senior Physiotherapist I see speaks very highly of RLT, and I will say that this seems a very high-quality piece of kit, you certainly get what you pay for I think. My review is based on the quality of the device rather than a medical evaluation! I will start to use as a more general wellbeing thing soon rather than focus on my operation site, I hear good things about RLT as a general wellbeing aid. I should say my other half used it on her shoulder for aches and pains a few times and did feel it helped.
