Brilliant, What ever battery issues people have had with this product have been fixed, We have three main Coons that we let roam free( crazy I know) we have the luxury of many back to back large gardens for them to roam, The Male cat Wanders nightly and last night I stood at my back door and activated his tag, a faint red light on the remote indicated he was somewhere fairly close, He obviously heard the tag beeping and decided to come home, the lights grew in number , changed from red to amber then green, at that point I could here his tag in the dark as he ran through hedges and over fences only to appear at my feet, demanding food..We tried the Bluetooth tags that are available, great for keys and phones but not cats( ours had a range of about 10 feet) not the hundreds I get from TAB CAT or what ever its called, I have ordered some more CR2032 batteriesI from Amazon and am very happyI realise that its not for everyone and walls and buildings reduce the range. But it works for me.

Absolutely USELESS. I would've given this no stars if possible due to the time I've wasted trying to get it to work, speaking to the less than helpful staff member at Loc8tor.I should say I bought this direct from them.There is a simple problem with the tags in that the little battery continually loses contact with the circuit board terminals, I've even had one lose contact with the terminals whilst it was sitting in its box on the table undisturbed!The one on my keyring, beeps several times during the day indicating that it's arming itself for the first time, to do this it's had to de-arm itself first!Shame really, as when the tags' battery does make contact with the terminals, it works like a dream.I'm in the process of sending them all back to Loc8tor, a good idea modified to the point when it doesn't work.
