Is the white color of this led strip light is ture white light?

Hello, thank you very much for your question. Since our RGB lights are made up of a mixture light of red/green/blue. So white light may be mixed with a little bit of blue, which is normal. My remote stopped working 2 days ago. does anyone know how i can fix it? and i do not have the app cuz i didn't even realize that it came with an app

How do i set up one remote to work with one tv? When i press on both tv lights turn on

The remote control range is 5 meters, you can control the distance between the two light belt more than 5 meters, to avoid this problem. If there is not enough space, then we suggest you use the APP to control the light strip. Turn on the Bluetooth of the mobile phone and connect the lamp strip to the power supply. All the working lamp strips will be displayed in the app. You can control each lamp strip freely.
