Very good product.
Seems to be doing the job as well as the product I used for YEARS and can't get any more. A fine, white powder, I stir it into my yogurt/blueberries before adding cereal. No clumping. No taste. Sturdy packaging and 2 lb. size are a plus. I decant it into glass jars for my pantry. Will continue to buy as long as it is available. I use this for IBS, and it works very well. Good price at the time - maybe it has gone up? - check it.

Looks like the real thing for a change
I was a long term user of Heathers but the price along with no shipping added has gotten expensive so I’ve been looking for a substitute. There are now 6 bags of the “top” brands sitting in my pantry unused. Why? Acacia Senegal is white all those bags contain something brown and grainy. Either venders are mixing a lower cost Acacia like Acacia Seyal, a cheaper version and doing so while never disclosing this basic issue. NOW has an Acacia product but discloses it’s a mixture of those two, none of the other manufacturers I’ve tried say it’s 100% Senegal. The punchline here is that Acacia Senegal works much much better. This product is white.

Blends smoothly in hot liquids, but thick foods can make it clump
This acacia gum powder has a very fine texture and a neutral taste, which makes it easy to add to different foods and drinks. In thicker foods, like the Oikos Triple Zero yogurt I tried it with, it tended to clump and form a peanut‑butter‑like paste instead of dispersing evenly. That seems to be more about the low‑moisture yogurt than the powder itself, but it’s worth noting if you plan to mix it into anything thick. In hot coffee, though, it blended in really well. The powder dissolved smoothly without grit, and it didn’t change the flavor or texture of the drink. For liquids — especially warm ones — it works exactly the way you’d want a soluble fiber powder to behave. The quality of the powder seems good: consistent grind, no off smells, and a clean, light color. The bag is simple but functional, and the resealable closure keeps the powder dry. For value, the 1‑lb size is already a decent deal, but if you end up using this regularly, the 2‑lb bag stretches your money much further and makes more sense long‑term. Overall, this is a solid acacia gum powder if you’re using it in hot drinks or other liquids. Just keep in mind that in very thick foods, it can clump instead of dispersing smoothly.

Not as good as others.
Much finer powder than some of the other brands (Anthony's or Heather's Tummy Fibre). It clumps and doesn't really dissolve well.

Considerable learning curve
The quality of the Acacia Gum powder is quite nice. It didn't seem stale or crumbly and it had the performance and texture that I expected. There's quite a lot in this bag and I can see this having a long, sustainable use in my kitchen. For baking, this definitely has a learning curve. Like other Acacia Gum powders I've used, this thickens up very quickly and can be hard to manage. I wouldn't recommend this for anyone who isn't willing to become experienced in baking. I would say that the overall results I've had baking different items with this over the past few weeks has been quite consistent. Overall, great value for money.
