I work a highly stressful job and carry a lot of stress/pain in my neck and shoulders. This thing is a LIFESAVER! It's portable, comfortable to wear, and easy to move around. I can cook with it on, do other chores, watch TV, read, etc. The heat and pressure are perfect, and they are all easily adjustable. The battery life is excellent, and charges quickly. The only drawback is that it does have a 15-minute automatic shut-off, but it's not a deal breaker. I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS ENOUGH! I use this daily and cannot live without it!

In short, I would buy this again. this is designed to provide you the mobility with compact size while you are doing massage and there are multiple modes/functionality with heat on/off to select based on your appetite. For the battery life, not sure how long it will last but it is very strong and more than enough to make you feel better. I use this almost everyday that means, very comfortable, and affordable. Must Buy item!

Took me a minute to get the hang of it, it feels like it should go around the neck more. Once I had it positioned well, it did feel pretty good. Definitely loosened my neck muscles. The strap helps if you need to get up during use. Heat feature is nice.

I bought the product for my mom for on Christmas for her back problems, and she can’t use it for more than 5 minutes, the battery life on this is terrible we, its either that or it has a shortage problem.

It was a nice massager but it randomly stopped working after a year of use, and I wasn't using it that frequently, maybe a couple times a month.

Edit: after this review I was sent another massager, however the same issue is occurring. I’ve had the new massager less than 3 months and after fully charging overnight it will only work for 5 minutes at a time before turning off. Purchased this at the beginning of November 2023 and it worked great until this June, so about 7 months. Then it started to turn off after 10 mins and lose pressure, and the battery was draining quicker. Now it will work for about 5 minutes and turn off, and the battery does not charge. Very disappointing because I paid about $100 for it, and for that price it should work for longer than a year.
