For about 10 cents a capsule, I figured I couldn’t go wrong trying this milk thistle supplement.The capsules are about the length of a US nickel and are completely tasteless (like my SIL's fashion choices).Just a heads up: take it with food! It made me a bit nauseated on an empty stomach, but it works much better, as long as I've had a bite to eat. I usually take it before bedtime, so that I can sleep through any unsettled feelings.I'm combining this with a loose attempt at being a healthy human (drinking half my body weight in water, eating veggies like kale and broccoli, limiting alcohol, and trying to sleep 7-9 hours a night). I definitely don't always ace that list, but hey, progress over perfection!Even in this short time, I feel refreshed and more balanced. I don't know if it's the supplement or pure magic, but it seems to be working, and the price is right!
