Online purchase review for Waterscience Plastic CLEO Hard Water Softener
When they have delivered first time, I received poor quality product which was bit dirty with scratch, the accessories or connectors were of plastic however when I received replaced product it was good in quality the connectors were of stainless quality steel and every thing was good. I could expect it has contributed to reduce hair fall and can feel the difference in water quality, I used it in bangalore.

Leakage and water spurts all over
There are lekages and water spurt all over in less than a month's time ... Very bad product quality. The return or exchange window is closed and the support option for the product is a joke. Complete waste of money. Do not buy the product

Quality of casing is not good
I do not like the quality of the filter. They should use a steel case for the cartridge instead of plastic. The plastic did not fit properly between the pipes.

Good product for hair
We have been using this product for 1 year. And filters also available easily for changing. Hair loss came down and Hardening of water also reduced. Easy to install and easy to replace filter too

First 2-3 days flow was expected after setup. Now suddenly water flow drastically down. After filter kit removal can see water flow is in good flow. It's waste of money. Since I used few days, don't know if they replace or what
