Giving it a 5 star because it does its job and was affordable. The cushions are soft but firm enough to support my head when leaning to either side. It also comes with ear plugs to block off crying babies on flights!!

Feels very comfortable, I would like to be able to close the hood a little closer to the face, not but quite so gaping open for light to get in

Absolutely great for travel, soft material and the hood is just an added bonus for blocking out lights especially for when airlines or buses turn on the lights momentarily. As someone who travels a lot having this is a must to not wake up with those neck pains. Highly recommend for anyone in search of a travel pillow and looking for more comfort in uncomfortable situations.

This pillow was so comfortable and I love the hood feature to block out air and light. Unfortunately, I left it in my seat on my last flight, so I hope someone else is enjoying the benefits.

Ordered 21st- size medium- Very nice memory foam neck pillow. Especially like the hood2nd- size large- the foam would not expand and was not able to use as neck pillow. I did not check the large since the medium was nice and expanded. I waited to open when traveling and past the return window. Check item before return window closes.

Finally got the opportunity to try this pillow out in a flight. The fabric is very soft and cozy. I appreciate that the shape of the pillow is not too thick behind the neck like some other pillows, which can force your head to sit awkwardly forward. I didn’t use the hood, but like the size of it, and it easily covered my eyes but not so far as to cover my mouth.I ended up turning it sideways and resting my head on the side for part of the trip and that was really comfortable. Only thing is I wish it had an option to make it tighter. The clasp made it a bit too loose around my neck and I had to wedge it against my chin to hold it in place (when sideways).It also comes with a carrying case and ear plugs.

I found this traveling pillow the best purchase. It has memory foam and can be compressed down to a small ball to carry in the luggage or backpack. I usually don't like to carry traveling pillow but this one is becoming my first pick on my next flight specially long hour flights. It's comfortable and affordable and durable. Highly recommended

I have tried many travel pillows so far and I never liked any but tgis one provides great support around your neck and comes with strap instead of button or closure hoop. Also comes with a hook for your backpack to hang it.I used it in my recent travel from US to India and I used it to support my neck while sleeping on a plane, it was extremely comfortable.Highly recommend!!
