Sake Chazuke (Rice Soup Seasoning Salmon Flavore) - 1.16oz (Pack of 3)

This is perfect for what I wanted. I use these packets as starting points for soups. Add rice, noodles, chicken, vegetables. Or go it as it is. It's a really good soup.

My mother made this for me as a child. I do not live in a big city, so it is nice to be able to have these shipped to me.

For a quick snack this cannot be beaten!

Just add this to your rice, pour green tea or hot water over it and have an instant little meal. I eat these when under the weather and large complex foods won't do it. This is Japanese comfort food.

I love this so so much. You sprinkle on rice and pour hot green tea on top to make a tasty soup type dish so good so warming. I love it!!!

Currently deployed and these were great to have a decent meal. Microwave rice, some green tea, these packets beat the chow hall most days.

The taste is not bad. I wasn’t sure what I was expecting when I bought it but it tastes salty and a little fishy (like the light finish ones you get when eating cooked fish). Make sure you put enough rice in your bowl when using a packet otherwise it will be too salty. I also probably should’ve checked the details on this item better because I wasn’t expecting there to be 6 individual packets in each of the five packs of this instant ochazuke. There’s a total of 30 individual instant ochazuke packets. Thankfully I enjoy eating this so I guess it was a blessing in disguise for me to have so many more to use in the future!
