Foot massinging meets a new mat style
The box contains the main flexible foot plate (with markings to indicate correct placement of the feet), the power supply unit with digital mode and intensity display, as well as three control buttons, a USB charging cable and a set of instructions.Assembly is quick and easy - the power unit has charge straight out of the box, and plugs in easily to the main foot base via two press-stud connectors. The instructions are a bit repetitive and could be clearer to understand, but get across the basic function of the device and the fact that the central control button cycles through the various modes and the plus/minus buttons control intensity.The modes have various names including "Massage", "Cupping", "Scraping", "Acupressure" and two others, and are definitely very different in feel from one to the other (different patterns of electrical impulses stimulate the feet in different ways).It's early days in its use so far to be able to say how it may help in the long run, but it certainly seems to stimulate circulation as intended, so I'm hopeful it will be great for me. I would add though that the impulses take a bit of getting used to, especially the higher up in intensity you go!

I honestly was not expecting much with this as it looked quite basic but wow I was wrong.It is compact and very easy to set up. There was enough battery in there for me to test straight away.I opted for mode 5 and straight away I could feel the vibrations going through my feet. It is a bit of a strange experience at first but it helps directly targets acupuncture points by helping improve the blood flow and relieving any tension.It has been helping alot and i only use for a few minutes a day.Very pleased
