Yes I would say so, it fits my Audi A5 and I think your windscreen is slightly smaller if anything. Its very adjustable size wise - its constructed of 2 hoops (one driver and one passenger side) that can overlap, with plenty of spare fabric around the edges.

I can't see the toyota auris on here - a common car surely! can you recommend which size would work best? or is it unsuitable?

Just measure your windscreen and buy one that covers it well. There is some give with the hoops and seems to work well. I have a compact car not listed and got the extra large to fit it. It seems to do the job ok. However, folding it up is a little hit and miss. As it hardly takes any room to store away, I just put it in the boot.

Will it fit a merc. 350 saloon 2012

Probably, I bout it for a Skoda VRS and it is slightly big but as the metal loops have a bit of flexibility and the material allows it to overlap it should pop into the frame around the widow. I’m not sure if it give the window size it will fit on the amazon page as it did not cover my car model I took a gamble on this one?

They just seem to stay in place, they aren't stiff but they don't sag down. Works surprisingly well.
