So tasty
I'm not sure if this is an acquired taste but I love it. It is quite strong in flavour, salty and pungent. The black beans *could be* described similar to a fishy marmite and the dace has the texture of grilled eel (e.g. feels like soft bones in places).

Black Bean Fish
Black Bean Fish is extremely nice, it's easy to prepare and is a famous Chinese dish, and you serve it with boiled rice, and vegetables steamed to your choice.

Wrong item. Disappointed
I didn't realize it's the wrong until i opened it and found there is no black bean inside. No taste at all. Disappointed.

Overpriced
This is the good stuff but the Amazon price is more than double any good Asian grocer including any of the many online ones available in the UK.
