Blaze Evercade Duke Cartridge 1

I grew up playing Duke 1 and 2, so when I found out my new handheld not only had copies of it, but remastered versions, I had to pick it up. Zero regret. The cart comes with Duke 1, 2, and Duke 3D. While the Duke 3D doesn't play as well as a keyboard/mouse version, I cannot let that affect the rating here. It plays as well as you'd expect on a controller. Still a blast to play and well worth the money.

Ohhh boy. I have not played every cart on evercade, but so far this is #1. Duke Dukem is a wild ride. I had some experience as a kid on n64. This is better. You get part 1 & 2. Which are incredible. Speed Run them or give it a slow play and collect all the points. The game saves everything you do either way. Making it easy to compare with other gamers to see who kicks the most butt. THEN when you think the fun is done, they hit you with a THIRD Duke Nukem Game. Insane. Duke Nukem 3D Total Meltdown.. It's gnarly. Since the games are fun it's not a burden to learn to play get good and even master them. It's a solid gaming experience for value of cost, I paid 30 bucks. That's like ten bucks a game & they are all good ones. So dang.. What a deal. Thanks Blaze & Amazon!

A must have just for the duke nukem 1&2 remastered versions alone.

I loved playing duke nukem one and two they are very fun too play. Duke nukem 3d is just too hard for me too play it didn't get far in it. It is worth buying for Duke nukem one and two.

Definitely get this evercade cart for the Duke 1 and 2 Remasters. The version of Duke 3D is the PS1 version which is ok, but would have preferred the original PC version. Still worth the cost of admission.

If you get a "PLEASE INSERT CARTRIDGE" error message, you need to update your Evercade to the latest version of the operating system. It's a misworded error message, but basically if you don't have version 3.0 or better of the Evercade software on your device it's not going to let you play the game. (You can get the update from their website).

Came with extra card board for product safety

A proper bundle of gaming history. Plays ok on a Super Pocket, but the Evercade VS is recommended.

Une compilation de Duke en 3D époque PlayStation. Si vous aimez les gros calibres et l'humour pas féministe pour un sou avec une violence digne d'un film d'horreur, foncez ! Les aliens vont le payer. Foncez et achetez ce jeu pour votre Evercade. Une des meilleures cartouches !

Presa solo per Duke Nukem 3D e per giocarci con il Super Pocket. Ovviamente il titolo è da 5 stelle e vale tutto il prezzo, ci sta la collezione con i primi due capitoli in questo caso, forse prezzo eccessivo per soli tre giochi. Gioco identico alla versione PC anche se non rende, è decisamente più comodo con mouse e tastiera. Il problema delle cartucce Evercade però è un altro: praticamente tutte le collezioni tematiche hanno uno, massimo due titoli di punta ed il resto è roba (troppo) datata, giochi di seconda scelta o comunque mancano i veri pesi massimi anni 80 e 90. Per fortuna mi consolo con i giochi inclusi sul SuperPocket in edizione Neo Geo con 14 titoli dove, nonostante la selezione a volte discutibile, sono praticamente tutti capolavori, ma per il resto, ragazzi.. siamo messi male. Le "collezioni" NeoGeo ad esempio, ben 4 cartucce, non valgono la metà dei giochi precaricati sul pocket, semplicemente non convengono, per giocare a Street Fighter II devi comprare il SuperPocket Capcom perché le cartucce Capcom non esistono o sono introvabili, non hanno Mortal Kombat, Narc, Ganryu, Doom, mancano le glorie Arcade e per PC, i grandi picchiaduro, giochi SEGA non pervenuti, la Taito ridotta a pochi titoli, forse gli costano troppo i diritti. Si trovano una manciata di titoli per Amiga, Commodore, ci sono Space Invaders e simili ma più che retrogaming è archeo-gaming. Praticamente per crearsi una collezione decente bisogna comprarne almeno una ventina e neanche allora si è soddisfatti. L'idea è ottima, l'emulazione anche, ma per il momento convengono di più i mini-arcade ufficiali delle singole case, i bartop o le Pandora. Speriamo facciano uno sforzo in più!
