This kite was easy to put together, it’s as pictured.

This kite is well made and lovely. It’s larger than I thought it was going to be, which is always a plus when trying to catch a gust of wind. It was easy to put together and though I think I got a tiny splinter running my hand along a pole, it’s only minor. The sewn pockets for the pole ends seem well done and sturdy, so I’m not anticipating any poke-throughs of the pole ends.. The only thing I worry about is the kite possibly untying itself from the cord and flying away because there’s no hitch to the kite and the responsibility of tying a solid knot is up to me. I’ll use the best slip knot I can muster and then double knot it. It has nice width to the dragonfly and I think it’ll go up pretty easily, especially at the beach. I’m looking forward to seeing the kite up in the air and when it’s not so cold, I’ll give it a good run! So far I think the design and colors are great to look at, and if the tail is well-balanced, we shall see!

It is fun to play with, easy to put together and when the wind is heavy, simply wonderful.
