Buying in bulk is a great idea once you know what size is best. My sleep is so much better now. I use a dab of peppermint oil to open my passages up. They are firm but not harmful to sensitive skin. Recommended!

Un-comfy and didn't work for me. I got a mouthguard that keeps my jaw in place instead, it worked much better.

I thought I'd try these to help with nasal congestion. After a few nights with these in I can confidently say they have helped! You barely notice they are in and I have had a much better nights sleep since trying these. Would highly recommended.
