It is very lightweight and sheer, and adds pizzazz to the outfit. I purchased this to go over a navy blue dress, and the short sleeves are very short, so my arms do not look attractive. This is the perfect solution because it doesn’t make the dress any hotter and I live in Florida and adds a tropical look to the solid navy blue dress.
