I am an older woman who rarely uses makeup other than some blush, but my eyebrows have become sparse and lighter as I've aged and I need a natural-looking gentle way to boost my eyebrows and fill in the bare spots. Once my old eyebrow pencil ran out and I realized the manufacturer didn't make it anymore, I took a leap of faith and tried this product. I first ordered the red-brown and was impressed by the ease of application and natural effect of the three brush end, and the fine brush at the other end for stroking single hairs to fill in for the missing ones was great, but the color was too dark for me. It also came with a separate brush which was high quality and worked well for preparing the brows for application. So I did what the package insert said and wrote to the customer service email listed on it and someone responded right away. They asked me to send a photo of my eyebrows and after showing me other color options to choose from they sent it to me without my having to return the first one. It arrived very fast and they stayed in contact to check if I received it and if it worked for me. The light brown is a perfect match and is the easiest and most natural-looking eyebrow solution I could ever have imagined. The customer service was like something from my mother's generation, a time when companies actually cared about their customers' experiences and worked to build loyalty. They definitely have mine! I will add that the color has great staying power. I'm very active and work outside and work out at the gym and sweat a lot and randomly wipe my brow with a bandana throughout the day. The color stays put until I wash it off intentionally with my regular facial cleansing routine or in the shower. It only takes a minute to reapply after a shower before I go out dancing. I only hope it lasts for a while before it runs out because I really love it! It suits my active lifestyle beautifully. Update: I wrote this review originally (but forgot to post it) in May and it is now August and even with almost daily use it is still lasting. I want to note that I asked if it was vegan and cruelty free, I didn't get a straight answer, just a photo of the ingredients on the back of the box. So I still don't know the answer to that. The company and I think, customer service is Chinese, so maybe it was lost in translation, I'm not sure. I will say that I have very very sensitive skin and only use fragrance and dye free products on my body as a general rule, and this product has not caused any kind of reaction whatsoever. I love it and will definitely buy it again went the time comes. I'm enjoying the light brown for daily wear and the brown for night time or when I want a little more dramatic effect, but both look very natural, which is so important to me.

I absolutely love this eyebrow pencil! After setting my brows in place, I use it to fill in the sparse areas, and the result is always so natural and defined. The texture is smooth and easy to work with, allowing for precise application without looking too harsh. It blends beautifully and stays put all day. This has definitely become a staple in my makeup routine. Highly recommend!

This is so easy to use. I start at the inner part of my eyebrow and draw it upwards first, then horizontally as I move along. It makes great hairlike lines. I run the brush end over it to smudge it just a little. It looks very natural. I’ve purchased this brand often. I do wish it would last a little longer though. Other than that, it’s a great product!

This product is not reddish brown I do not want to return it just letting you guys know is the wrong color

Need to practice first, on the back of your hand, if not used before. I have light brown/grey hair with patchy eyebrows - colour match very good in that it's not darker than my colour. Easy to clean off with make-up remover. I've not tested durability yet, so will update when worn for a day. Very pleased so far

I have had my eyebrows micro-bladed on and this pen works well to keep them looking well-defined and fresh. The micro-blading works great initially, but after time it begins to fade and the brows look a bit tired. This pen works great for keeping them looking well-groomed. I like that it has dual ends, the "forked" side with 3 prongs that make little groups of eyebrow hairs, but I prefer the single brush end, where I can draw individual eyebrow hairs to fill in or define my brows as needed. The pen came quickly and in perfect condition. I would highly recommend this product.
