Consequently, I looked for a replacement part to avoid either not using the broken part or constantly reset the part on the door. While I needed to use a bit of pressure to push the part into place, the Jerbor Store's silver interior armrest front pull door handle grab trim was easy to install and fit perfectly. (I'm semi-confident that it won't come loose any time soon.) The part is lightweight and the color/finish looks nearly identical to the original part.

Made it work
The clips broke off the back, I had to glued it down to keep from coming off. I made it work but it’s cheap.

Not as shiny/sturdy as the factory item
It worked as a replacement for the broken piece of trim. But it's a cheaper-looking replacement. Overall, it did the job, and I'm glad I bought it. The FORD Parts Department would have charged almost FOUR TIMES as much, so there's that. :)
