Great bag! Very functional!
I love, love, love this diaper bag backpack. It’s hard to find a diaper bag backpack that is black or darker colors like dark gray, has the breathable mesh material along the back and has pockets big enough for sippy cups. I think most bags are made for newborns and have too many pockets and small/narrow bottle compartments. This bag checked off all of my boxes and so far it has held up well. I can fit 2 sippies in the side thermal zip pocket. I can even get two 360 cups if I set one higher than the other. The mesh side pocket is also pretty large. My only complaint is that the handle on the top is big and comfortable to carry but it makes it a little challenging to get onto a smaller hook. This is the best design that I have seen on the market. I’m so glad that I did so much online searching and found this bag.

Great diaper bag, bottle pocket needs some help
We love this backpack as a diaper bag, it holds a lot of stuff! It’s friendly use for both sexes to wear comfortably. The bottle pocket is great to keep stuff cold but do not overstuff it! I have noticed some stress around the stitching on that pocket with regular use (not over packed & 2 months of use). I hope they sturdy up the stitching on one of most used areas in the future. I would definitely purchase again

On my second!
We used this as our daily diaper bag for over 2 years before the strap broke and we needed a new one. I tried a few other bags but they broke quickly, and ended up purchasing this one again. We like it and find it durable other than the water bottle holder. The netting on both have ripped and while it still holds a child reusable bottle for now, the hole is expanding. Otherwise it definitely out-performed another bag with similar features/colors.

If you want functionality, here it is!
Our last pack broke the handle and shoulder strap, and we needed a pack with cart loops AND the capacity for 2 water bottles. Columbia seems to be the only company that has what we need except for the $90 tactical bag and I'm secure enough in my masculinity not to need a diaper bag look like a SWAT bag. I WAS a little nervous that this bag was a bit smaller than our last, but it's perfect for 2 kids; 2yo & <1yo. It's performance was quickly put to the test as I had both and dog out and a stomach virus caused me to change them 6× each. The bag was excellent and held everything with easy access to diapers, wipes and plenty of water and milk. Few purchases outdo expectations as much as this bag did, mine.

Falling apart too soon
Poor quality. This is a well designed backpack with lots of room but the quality where it is stitched together is poor. I only use this backpack about once a month to get food products in small cardboard containers but after just about 3 months, the seems started to unravel and basically, it’s falling apart. I have not abused it but the total weight carried is around 15-20 pounds so maybe that caused the premature wear. This backpack is comfortable and I like it but just wish it wasn’t falling apart

I guess it’s an ok bag
I guess it’s ok. The recipient never ever sent me a thank you note or ever mentioned that she’s used it.

Nice looking bag with good features but could be stronger quality material
I really like this diaper bag. It has some great features. Lots of pockets. Not too big or small. I really like the insulated material that is the same you would find in a nice lunch bag. I also like the included diaper changing mat. My husband also likes this bag because it looks more gender neutral instead of feminine like my others. I like that it looks less like something for diapers and more like something you could take hiking. My one complaint is that some of the material on the top is starting to tear. (I have only had it for a couple months, but I am rough with things!) I expected more of the Columbia brand. However, for the price I think it is still a great bag. Maybe I'll email Columbia since I don't think it should be ripping this soon.

What I’ve been looking for
This is exactly what I’ve been looking for. I didn’t want a diaper bag that just screams diaper bag. This fits in perfect on the mountain, looks great, well built and has great storage. Best part is the versatility, it can be changed to a bag for whatever he need as he grows.
