CARNA4 Gentle Quick-Baked Air-Dried Dog Food, Duck Recipe, 13lb

I’ve researched many, many dog foods, and wow what a beautiful list of ingredients. I would expect nothing less coming out of Canada. It’s a bit pricey, but it’s a great dog food. If you want better, you’ll need to make your own or go with Farmer’s Dog $$$, which is top-notch food. Personally, I don’t like the whole subscription model, and for any dog bigger than a miniature poodle, it will cost you.

Seller sent the bag timely and in great condition. This is premium dog food; quality ingredients, approved by my vet, and my girlie loves it. I love it because it doesn’t smell bad! It’s a bit pricey, but I think of it like I do of the protein I would eat (organic, grass fed, non GMOs, etc).

Decent air-dried dog food

French Bulldog rotates between all the flavors. He has responded well to this food for 6+ months now. Have tried many foods for him and this is the best alternative from raw, subjectively speaking

My dogs are finicky and have had digestive problems in the past. It has been incredibly difficult to find food that doesn’t upset their tummies and that both like. I think I finally found the food that they not only love, but doesn’t upset their stomachs. The only thing I don’t like is the price. It’s incredibly expensive. But it’s the healthiest kibble I can find. I had them both on the DIY “The Farmers Dog” but one of my dogs loved it and the other didn’t. He likes kibble. So I now add in “The Farmers Dog” to the other’s Carna4 kibble. Now they are both happy! Which makes me very happy, and makes my life easier. Now, if they can only lower the price, I would be ecstatic!

My local pet store gave me a sample of this dog food (the duck) when I was hunting for kibble that had good, whole, clean ingredients. I was a little skeptical as the kibble is very pale and super hard, but my mini labradoodle likes it and almost immediately I noticed that his stool was firmer and healthier looking. My dog has gastro issues, and they haven't completely gone away but I'd say that the occurrence has lessened drastically. Twice a day I mix 1/3 cup of this kibble with my own cooked wet food (beef, turkey mince, chicken liver, veggies and pasta) and 90% of the time everything will be eaten. The other 10% of the time my dog will leave some kibble, but then will go back to the bowl later to finish it off. Because of the good results I've seen I have also bought the same brand of treats, which again seem super healthy based on the ingredients, and are eagerly eaten up by my pup.

Haven't had the kibble long enough for her to adapt to full new flavor, ☺️

I have been using Carni4 for a year and a half. Now he has Dilated Cardiomyopathy. He had been perfectly healthy before, with no murmur or anything. The picture of health. When they asked what I feed him, I proudly said, "Carni4". They said, "Oh no. That could very well be the cause. These new dog foods do no research and leave out vital ingredients. And then they charge a fortune for it." They named the ingredient left out of Carni4, but I don't remember the name. I was too shocked for it to sink in. My little baby's life may be cut short because of this. I don't have $20,000-$40,000 to pay for a mitral valve repair. My heart is broken

I tried a few ways of preparing it and she still won't touch this food . I'll even mix with her food that was to be replaced and she only eats that and I pick up the Carna4 on the floor ...
