0/5 - BE CAREFUL. I took and immediately had an allergic reaction!!! Within 5-10 mins the reaction started. Hives all over my body! Had to take Benadryl. I am healthy and not allergic to anything that I know of.

I have seen reviewers drink this strait, I tried it and it gave me the jitters I would recommend mixing in juice. The taste is not bad just a little sweet. As far as given energy, it didn't work for me.

The taste is bad . But when I finish drinking it I get the jitters and my body gets very hot like I’m having a HOT FLASH! I don’t like that feeling. And it takes a minute to wear off. I thought it happened because was my first one and first time taking it. But this feeling happened after the second time. No more for me that’s not good.
