Games Workshop Warhammer Horus Heresy: LEGIONES ASTARTES Battle Group (31-64)

I've gotten hours of hobbying put of this box, would recommend.

I don't play Horus Heresy, but I do play 40k and have a Space Marine Army which is almost entirely First Born Marines. I have been loving Horus Heresy models being used in my 40K Space Marine Army. The Age of Darkness and this Legion Astartes gave me two awesome Infantry Fighting Vehicles, two dreadnaughts, Six Space Marine, Two Devastator Squads and two Terminator Squads total. Buying the Horus Heresy kits save me money in my Warhammer Space Marine Army, giving me massive Infantry Army to through at my opponents.

As title says, between this and the starter box you have a really well rounded army for Horus heresy. As a primarily 40K player, you can still use this box but be warned the dreadnaught and land raider are legends models so they cannot be used competitively. I was confused about the land raider when I saw it but it’s much smaller that the 40K one, so just be warned

The only issue that I had with it is that there is only one support weapon sprue which is not enough for a full squad of 10.

Item came earlier than expected there was no damage to box or it's contents all items where counted for.

Liked: relative easy of assembling the land raider vs prior experience.Disliked: The assembly book shows for heavy weapons which is a complete separate kit to mix and match with.Nuetral: the transfers offer limited options.
