Doves Farm Plain White Flour 1kg, 1000 gram

If you have to use GF Flour, this is a decent product. I also use Juvela white mix which is harder to find but works well with any regular flour recipe. Bear in mind that GF Flour can give different results to wheat flour and takes a little practice to get right sometimes.

Best gluten free flour. Love that is the mix of different sourses, so it has a good balance, it works as regualr flour, so much need to adjust liquid part to avoid your goods to become too dry (faced this issue with 100%rice flour that absorbe a lot of liquid and still my pancakes and cakes were coming too dry) Pancakes with this and Kefir 1:1 are the best thing ever, fluffy and delicious

This is great flour which is gluten free and tastes the same as normal flour

Been buying this in bulk from Amazon since my usual supermarket ran out leading up to Xmas. Makes gorgeous cake, gravy......I'd have a panic attack if it ever became discontinued.....great product for all you gluten intolerant out there....the SR version is equally as good! 100% recommend this....it's saved my life....and digestive tract and skin....and cheaper than leading supermarkets !
