A must for Lactose Intolerance
I seriously suffer from being Lactose Intolerant from eating dairy. These pills work SUPER good! Been using them for over a year and have been able to eat cheese and ice cream. BUT you MUST take them BEFORE your first bite to work well.

Best lactaid pills
Out of all the lactaid pills I have tried, this brand is the best! I have tried the Lactaid Brand pills, Costco ones, and now this. These work great!!!

Great value works as well as OTC brand
these are just as good as Lactaid. If I don’t take one with dairy, I suffer with Gastro issues, but if I do take one, I can have dairy with no problems. The pill is a small size, very easy to swallow. This is a great value.
