Is it really stainless steel? Will it rust over time?

Yes, this burger press is made of high-quality stainless steel, which is naturally rust-resistant. As with any metal tool, it’s best to dry it thoroughly after washing to prevent water spots or corrosion over time.

Is it dishwasher safe?

Absolutely! It’s 100% dishwasher safe. However, drying it immediately after washing—whether by hand or machine—helps maintain its sleek look and durability.

How heavy is it? Does it apply enough pressure for a good sear?

It weighs approximately 2 lbs, which is ideal for smash burgers. The weight is substantial enough to flatten patties evenly without requiring much effort from you.

Is the handle heat-resistant and comfortable to grip?

Yes, the handle is built with heat-resistant material and designed for a secure, ergonomic grip—perfect for high-heat grilling or stovetop cooking.

What surfaces can I use this press on?

It works great on flat-top grills, cast iron skillets, nonstick pans, and electric griddles. Whether you're cooking indoors or outdoors, it delivers consistent performance.
