I bought this as a Christmas gift for a dear friend of mine named Judy. This music box is very well made. The wood is beautiful with a very nice glossy finish. The bench and opening/closing cover are wonderful little additions that make this music box even more special. Highly recommended.

Mechanism to loud.
The fit and finish is good. It was smaller than I thought it would be. My main complaint is the mechanism is too loud.
