Trail-Tested, Cliff-Approved, and a Genuine Bargain
If you're here reading reviews, chances are you're just as skeptical as I was when I first stumbled across these COOJOY Trail Running Shoes. Let’s be honest—£39 for trail trainers sounds too good to be true, right? Well, I took the plunge, and nearly a year later, I’m here to tell you: stop scrolling and add these to your cart. These trainers have been my trusty companions for weekly cliff-path walks in Jersey. For those unfamiliar, these paths aren’t your garden-variety hiking trails—they’re a mix of granite rock, shale, and stunningly beautiful (yet unforgiving) terrain. I clock 10–15 miles a week in these shoes, and they’ve stood the test of time. Aside from some slight wear on the soles (completely normal), they look and feel as good as they did on day one.Durability? Check. They’ve survived three rounds in the washing machine (see attached pic—yes, they still look fantastic). Safety? Check. These shoes have kept my ankles secure on tricky terrain where pricier alternatives and even walking boots have failed me in the past—sometimes with painful consequences. How long will they last? Honestly, I don’t care. At this price, they’ve already proven themselves. These shoes defy the old saying, “You get what you pay for.” They deliver far more than you’d expect for the price. So, if you’re on the fence, here’s your nudge: sometimes, bargains like this come along, and they’re the real deal. These are one of those rare finds. Trust me—your feet (and wallet) will thank you.

Great for running cross country
This is the 2nd pair I have had and am running 5k cross country 1/2 times a week in them. Light weight and for someone who has big/wide feet, the fit is perfect. For what they cost they are huge value for money. Grip is excellent and good on both soft and hard ground

Happy with them
I was unsure of these shoes when I brought them as I never heard of the make. They looked good and comfortable so I decided to try them. I got them for running training. 5/10kms at a time. Hilly and flat. I only ran off-road if that's helpful to people. Pleasantly surprised with them. Very comfortable and I didn't blister with them. Not sure what they would be like for longer runs yet but I would recommend them. I got size 11s and they fit perfectly. Felt Abit weird when walking in them but running was fine. Great grip.

Excellent shoes
I bought them for my husband size UK 10. It says on the label inside shoes UK10/EU45. This is a bit confusing, because often it is UK10/EU44.5.But the shoes are great. The fit is slightly larger then expected, but only tiny bit. Good for my husband to play tennis, as with long games feet get always slightly swollen. Comfortable fit. He wore it for a long walk on the first day and all was perfect.Nice colour (blue/orange), pretty design, lightweight. So far really good. It has been 1 week of wearing them.Good value for money so no need to pay more money for overpriced well branded shoes.

Really comfy and lightweight, good grip
Really comfy training shoes, only bit I don't like after a bit of use is the weird sole overhang at the heel. When doing sit ups, or floor work for example the tangs get caught, and I've noted that one sole at that point needs a bit of glue... But for the money not too bad

Good, but better for walking than running
I loved the design of the shoe. It looks very trendy and is comfortable inside. I have big feet but the style hides this well due to the shape. Although it is well designed its not very good for running. I bought them as a cheaper replacement for my usual brand. Unfortunately I found it very clunky when I was running. The bottom of the shoe is quite heavy. This is good for grip when walking but it does make the shoe heavy for long distance running. Depite this I'm still happy as I can use it casually for long walks or going to the shops. All in all a good looking pair trainers.

Durable
Had these for over a month now, very happy. Great for running in mud and gravel, durable but feel fairly light. I bought them for £20, nearly paid double for a 'name brand'.

Nice Enough
Very lightweight and comfortable, the pads on the heel and balls of my toes are nice. They should take arch support out of the description though, there's but a wee lil piece of cushion sewn where the arch support should be. A bit disappointed as the arch support was my main reason for getting these. Overall, pretty satisfied with them, but will need to buy separate arch supports.
