Absolutely brilliant idea! We have 4 small trees, all standing in 'circles' cut out of the lawn. It has always been very difficult to make the edges of the circles neat and keep them round. This has been the perfect solution. Quite easy to install, with a mallet and a piece of wood to 'bash' them down level with the grass {making grass cutting easy, as the mower should glide over the metal rings. I would imagine it would be more difficult to install in the summer when the ground is dry and hard, but this time of year (autumn) has made it relatively easy. Not the cheapest on the market, but very robust. I would imagine cheaper varieties would maybe bend over on the top edge when hitting with the wood and mallet method of installing. These are perfect. I am going to get the flexible edging for the rest of the lawn. Defiantly would recommend.

The ring is very sturdy and easy to put into the lawn.

Top quality tree rings. They are made of steel for endurance. But this makes them much easier to install. They maintain separation of grass from tree trunk. Also make it that bit harder for voles to chew at the roots of my apple trees.

Arrived packed very securely and completely undamaged. It is a substantial item, well worth the cost and should last for many years. Putting it together was a doddle with the squared bolt holes aligning themselves perfectly. Thoroughly recommended.

It is just as described, very well constructed using quality materials, you can set it shallow in the ground to clearly show a line of demarcation, or set it a little deeper in the ground to discretely segregate stones from the surrounding soils

Excellent quality and promptly shipped and received. I wanted a ring to go around an existing tree in my front yard. I am a patina lover, and am Thrilled with the bare metal material. This item was a lil pricey, but worth every pennie after the ease of putting it together and the subtle elegance the look of it brings to that area of my yard. I never write reviews, this item deserved it. 5 STARS !!!

It looks great don’t get me wrong. But I but some pressure one of the ring parts and it bent super easy.
