Really good quality contact frame. I’ve heard these can improve thermals on 14th gen chips, but unfortunately it didn’t make much difference on my 14700K. That said, it definitely makes the build look much tidier compared to the stock ILM. Installation was as simple as it gets, and the fit is spot-on. If my motherboard had any issues with uneven pressure between the CPU and cooler, I’m sure this would’ve helped. I trust Thermal Grizzly products in general, and this feels like another well-made bit of kit. I’d still recommend it overall.

Easy to install ... reduced my cpu temp noticeably. Reasonably priced.

Works as advertised ,tho the price is a little premium

This frame unfortunately caused issues with my z790 apex encore, either no post at bios or stability issues with xmp enabled. Followed the guide, with correct torque, hand tightened and used 0.6nm torque screw driver with original socket screws. Literally attempted 10 reseats to get it to work but no use.

Worked very well with my i9 14900KF and my Asus AOI 360 cooler. Idle temps are around 34 degrees. Was super easy to install, there are install videos out there and comes with instructions. Looks pretty clean for my all black install
