Secure fit
I ordered a size larger than I was using because the hearing aid receiver felt slightly loose and would occasionally fall out of my ear. After reading that the domes should fit "like a cork in a bottle" which the smaller ones didn't I thought that this size would be too big but the 10mm gives a good fit so I don't have to keep checking if they are still in or not. Although they are the largest size I thought they would be uncomfortable but they are not.

Good replacement for nhs domes
Usually get domes from nhs but due to lockdown I bought these and they are great Saves waiting around at the hospital for just one set of replacements so I will buy again I also think they give louder sound
