Not bad but not great, they work but noise cancellation is almost none, they are comfortable to a certain extent, and sound quality is lacking but for price it works.

The initial quality was great. I had great plans to use this on my as a part of a security team. But my lab decided she needed a snack.

I work high school and event security. This acoustic tube is cheap and uncomfortable. By the end of a typical eight hour shift, my ear canal hurts. The mic button is easily pressed, so you have to be careful you don’t accidentally key the mic if your arms are crossed or you have a seatbelt across the mic. Sound quality is decent, and cord length is good.

Used this on a driving trip this past weekend, and the people with me never could understand anything i said through the mic. Didn't matter if we were driving or at a dead stop with no noise in the car. I tried contacting support, and Amazon links to Baofeng, but Baofeng says this isn't their item. So I have a useless headset and no recourse.The clip on the mic is extremely awkward in design. It is very large and doesn't rotate, making it difficult to position the mic properly depending on your clothing.The plastic tube that goes up to your ear is also much too stiff, and doesn't conform around your ear which then makes the bulb pop out of your ear canal. I had to submerge part of the tube in nearly boiling water to soften and reshape it.The device has no noise cancellation - I'm not sure why Amazon is asking for a specific review regarding that.I'd give it negative 1 star if I could!
