Desobry Portable TV 15.6 Inch 1080P Full HD with DVB-T2 Freeview Built-in Rechargeable Battery for Campervan Camping Outdoor Road Trip Kitchen

Although this is a TV, I bought it so that I can use this as a portable wireless laptop monitor, and it has served my purpose very well! It has an in-built battery which makes it convenient to use where there isn't an easily accessible plug source available, which will give me a couple of hours of usage, but the convenience factor of having to take this with you is what I value the most. You can see from my photo it's as almost as thin as my Macbook Pro, and the quality is decent enough for general use. I can't speak much of the TV aspect, but it comes with an antenna that you can try and find freeview channels for, but I'd say make sure you have coverage in your property for freeview using their website. Comes with a remote control too for ease of use, but it has the necessary buttons on the monitor itself. At this price, don't expect a high quality screen like an LCD or retina by any means, but IPS is very manageable for browsing and checking emails etc. All in all, great value for money.

I have just started using this many months after buying & am amazed at its performance in my California campervan in a campside in Cornwall. It gets every freeview channel with perfect reception with this tiny little stick ariel. The ariel probably works better outside a building so perfect for camping. BUT OF COURSE IT WILL NEED A POWER SUPPLY despite having a limited built in power supply. See attached video. You might have to research a bit for your own power supply compatability. Power input is DC with the supplied mains AC ADAPTOR.

Am using this in my campervan. The size is good for my usage however the quality isn’t the best. The built in battery is pretty useless, I get maybe 15mins out of it. The HDMI input is flakey and needs a wobble to get a connection.

An excellent portable TV with a good quality picture-there is no problem viewing from an angle. Inevitably sound is moderate in quality. I get excellent reception using a different aerial and a small signal amplifier but reception must depend on your location. We use it outside in our gazebo.

I bought this for my mum. I could not get any channels at my house using the ariel that comes with it. I took it to my mum's hose (less than a mile away) and it works perfectly. Really clear picture and I really like the fact that you can set it to come on and switch off on it's own. The signal issue obviously depends on your position related to the nearest mast. There is a hill between me and the mast, so I can't get a signal. The only problem I have is I can't figure out how to switch on the subtitles.
