Fantastic pain reliever...stings a little first time you put on but takes away ALL PAIN

This works great

I have been using this product on my elbows and lower back for the past couple of weeks. For me, it causes a cooling effect and pain reduction. The only time I felt heat was sitting in my car with my lower back pressed against the seat. Although warm to hot, it was not uncomfortable at all. I am a 69 year old male with a history of working out with weights. In more recent years, I have developed pain in the elbows and lower back, probably because I upped my exercise regimen. As mentioned, this stuff helps reduce that pain. Some reviewers have commented they feel heat, but with the one exception that is not the case for me — and I apply this cream liberally. The only reason I gave 4 stars is that in spite of using great care with the sponge applicator when removing the cap and applying the cream, the sponge came off after 10 days of daily use. With my next tube I plan to apply Crazy Glue before using the cream to hold the applicator sponge in place. Hopefully, the manufacturer reads these comments and fixes the problem. Other than that, I highly recommend this product.

Worked fine

I bought this to try to treat my knee arthritis. The applicator sponge makes applying the cream incredibly easy and no-mess. I appreciate that. The smell of the cream is strong and not very pleasant. It reminds me of a hospital smell. I'm not even sure the medicine actually works. It doesn't have the miracle healing effect I expected. I didn't really feel a lot of heat when I put it on. I know I was using it properly - I could see and feel the cream on my knee. I would say it might be worth a try if you're considering purchasing this. It's an ok value for the money.

This is the only place I can purchase the roll on gel, which I love. I don’t like the creams and IMO, I feel like the roll on gives me better control than the cream. As long as Amazon continues to sell it, I will continue to purchase here.

Usually just as I'm falling asleep, especially if I go to the gym and push myself a bit on the bike. So - i tried using this (having heard good things about it from other neurothapy sufferers.. You rub it on (easy to do with the built-in foam pad) and then let it do its thing. And its thing so far has been no cramps. It's not clear to me if the product is helping or simply massaging the feet, as I do, and applying the product is the main cause for relief. Dunno - but can't argue with success so I'll continue using it.

I was looking for something that would help with my mid-back pain. Capsaicin has worked for me on my previous neck issues, and adding menthol seemed as if it would be a bonus. And it is actually a very good combination. BUT the tube arrived feeling shockingly unfull—I would have thought it had leaked, it was so miserly. But that wasn’t possible. The box was fine. Putting it on with the sponge sounds great, but it was impossible to control the amount I was applying because I couldn’t see it—mid-back—and the sponge delivered too much of the product so I constantly had to try to deal with glops. And then on the third day the sponge fell off completely. So now I end up having to use my hands, which is awkward—mid-back!—and I then have to wash my hands repeatedly, because I don’t want this stuff in my eyes when I put on makeup. And it comes out in big glops all the time as I use it without the sponge. And what with all the issues about the glops, the tube is covered with product AND ridiculously low. I will never buy again.
