Indicator/Flasher Relay - Astra G/Combo & Corsa C/Meriva A/Tigra B/Vectra B - 9134880 - New

I have been having problems with my left indicator for about 3 years. Sometimes it would work for weeks then stop working for weeks and so on. I took it to a auto electrician who said I need a new wiring loom at the cost of £90 plus £150 labour to fit it. I looked on some forums and most were saying faulty indicator relay. so I bought this (which arrived bang on when they said it would arrive.) I then looked on YouTube on how to fit. Took me less than 5 minutes to fit and now works perfectly. I am so glad I bought this and will not be going back to the auto electrician who appears to not have a clue.

I've been experiencing an intermittent fault with the right indicators on my Vauxhall Astra Mk4 for a number of months. When indicating right the lights would flash at bizzare speeds, and sometimes not at all. I knew it wasn't a bulb issue since all 3 bulbs were in working order. Anyway - cut a long story short, the right indicator completely gave up the ghost last week. Ordered this relay as I was confident that the issue was either due to a faulty relay or a bad connection somewhere in the car. Luckily it was the former of the two, and swapping the old relay out for this new one solved the problem straight away. Really really easy to install in a Vauxhall Astra - the relay is located on the fuse board behind the "bonus glove box" under the steering wheel. Corsa owners will find it much more fiddly to replace due to the location on that particular model.. But that's their fault for buying a Corsa! I can't comment on the long term quality of this product, but for less than £15 I'll be happy if it lasts another year! Ordered late Monday night and arrived by Wednesday - paid the extra for first class post.

Did the job perfectly. It's a nightmare to fit, they really want you to pay garage prices but if you can squeeze your hands into the space then it's quite straightforward.
