It has 11 slots and a couple of deeper slots to hold a few you don't use as often Yes there are two outside pockets that would hold your 6 plus and give you easy access. I searched a long time to find this bag and I'm really happy with it.

The length of the strap from the last hole that would make it the longest possible is 52 inches. Shortest possible is 45 inches. Hope that helps.

Yes--there's a space behind the credit card slots where you can put cash without having to fold it. Also, in the middle of the wallet part, there is a zippered divider where you can put your change. It's an awesome purse.
