Excellent results!
Good quality. PP vials, not PE.

Harder to cap, but cap stays shut
A little harder to cap one-handed than the model without a "safe lock", but otherwise my samples would leak so the inconvenience is worth it for tubes that stay sealed.

Works fantastic and nice clear view
Not much to mention about these as they work perfectly well. Strong body. Cap locks securely. Cap hinge is good. No badly formed molds. Easily marks for labelling. No odor. What I loved is how relatively clear the round bottom is. I have older conical bottom microcentrifuge tubes that are not as clear. With these tubes I can clearly see the sediment or pellet from spun down material. Great tubes for their intended purpose. Great for containing small items as well like small screws, precious stones, beads, glitter, etc.

Handy 2mL tubes.
I'm using these 2mL tubes in a small scale botanical extraction process. They're working great in this application. I appreciate that the caps lock closed yet remain easy to open when desired.

Perfect for preparing long term storage for cultures.
I really like the price of these I use them for slants to preserve my mushroom cultures and really can't find a better deal.

Good inexpensive tubes.
These are good, inexpensive 2 mL microfuge tubes. They close tightly enough but not as tightly as other tubes I've used, so the seal/lock might not be as durable as on other tubes. Based on the given temperature resistance (up to 121C) they might not withstand autoclaving very well, so I be wary about using them at a higher temperature and I don't know if I'd use these for microbial work as they're not advertised as sterile. But they'd probably be fine for small-volume non-sterile buffer storage. Thanks!
