The flavor was weak and only lasted a short time. After about 10 minutes the flavor turns oddly salty. The pouches must be cut with a dirty blade because all of the edges had a black residue on them. Also, the pouches were oddly moist. There was no noticable boost in energy or cognitive function as advertised. I used 4 pouches in one day as listed as the maximum dose and all I got was a tender spot on my lip. You would have better results from 5 gum Update: 2 days later... A fairly large clump of skin just peeled off from the inside of my cheek where the pouch was. Very gross. This was from one day of use.

Great customer service and product. First, I want to clarify that the the mint flavor did irritate my gums. That has not changed, so be aware that some people (like me) might not have success with the mint. But, I am updating my rating because: - The customer service is phenomenal. When I posted my review about my issues, the company immediately reached out to ask how they could help. They sent me three other flavors to try since the mint caused me issues. Seriously, they were great. - Second, the new flavors worked well. I like the product, and the Berry Blast, Atomic Apple, and Glacial Green flavors were tasty and did not irritate my gums like the mint. Success! Seriously, try these out if you need a pick me up or want to stop using nicotine pouches.

Update: After the below comment a rep reached out and sent me other sample flavors. The apple and berry were great, didn’t thirst my gums at all. The iced mango had a lesser pain effect than the mint, but I still felt it a bit so I’ll be staying away from that one. But all in all the Apple will probably be my go to now. Previous comment: I really wanted this to be a replacement for Zyn, as I really need to kick my nicotine habit. I got the mint, and while the flavor is good, it kills my gums/teeth for the first ~5-10 minutes. After that it’s ok, but I don’t know if I can keep tolerating the pain. It hurts worse than grizzly long cut imo, even though it subsides after some time. After trying for 2 days, I don’t think it will be a suitable replacement. I’ll finish out the can and see if it gets more tolerable.

So I bought the mint flavor. Very strong mint flavor. Placed it in my gums and it BURNS. I had to move it around. Definitely not jittery and maybe contributed to why I stayed up for so long at night (took it at like 8PM). Today I took it at 12. I feel like it left sores or something on my gums they felt very sensitive after and I didn’t feel any energy this time around. Kind of scared to do it again

I quit nicotine and zyns over 2 years ago but still get that craving for the sting of zyns occasionally. I really crave that sting that zyn gives you so I’ve been looking for another product to no avail. This product is not horrible it does deliver that sting im searching for so in that sense it does its job but it’s just so bitter to the point I barely taste mint at all. After a little while it does become more bearable which makes it a little bit more worth it to use them for cravings but wow that taste is just gross. Personally I’m gonna keep the pack and use them when I’m craving nicotine (which is rare now thankfully) but I don’t see myself ordering another pack at least not of this flavor. It’s a kind of grapefruit bitter if that makes sense. UPDATE: I made a negative honest review a while back and the company has since reached out to me. They were extremely professional and offered me a sample pack to try different flavor as they were sorry I had a bad experience with the cool mint. So here is my honest review on all of the flavors this company has to offer I hope I am able to help someone make a decision on buying this or not. Customer service 10/10 Cool Mint: tastes very good reminds me of zyns. This flavor gave me a very bitter taste after being in for a minute but the taste goes away. It is difficult to power through the initial taste and I am a big cool mint lover sadly. The bitterness just ruins it for me if they weren’t so bitter this would without question be my #1 pick 2/10 Atomic apple: Very good tasting I noticed the caffeine rush from this way faster than the fresh mint first some reason. There is a weirdly starchy feeling in my mouth after using this pouch that does not go away for a while. It is almost like I am sucking a bag of flour it does not dry my mouth out but is strange. I didn’t experience any bitter taste with this pouch and really did enjoy this flavor it is very sweet. I’m surprised this has no sugar in it that’s how sweet it was but apparently it does not. The flavor lasts a long time. 7/10 Glacial green: this pouch tastes like wintergreen altoids for the most part. Not my favorite but I think that’s personal preference. I did notice some bitterness with this one as the mint has but no where near the same amount. If you like spearmint/wintergreen you will like this one but personally this one just reminds me too much of altoids. This can be a good or bad thing depending on preference. 3/10 Mango: This flavor reminds me so much of mango juul pods honestly very good taste. In the beginning I got the bitter taste that the cool mint ones had but it went away pretty quickly. I really enjoy the taste of these and could see myself primarily using this flavor in the future. It does help with the cravings so far more than any other I have tried. With that being said I have to keep moving the pouch in the beginning due to the stinging this one stings a lot. Had I not been moving the pouch so much I could see it causing blistering but that seems to be the norm with these pouches. If you keep them on your top lip and don’t move them much you will get blisters. Overall I see myself using this flavor when I get cravings normally I plan to keep this pack on me throughout the day. 8/10 Berry blast: this flavor really just did not do it for me. It has this grape taste to it that I just cannot get over and I personally don’t like grape. I was expecting it to be like a blueberry type of thing but it is just all grape to me. Personally it’s not my type of pouch but it might be yours. 3/10 for taste. Overall these pouches just don’t do what I wanted them to I did really like the mint one but the mouth blisters are way too bad to continue with that flavor. I personally think these might be good for someone who hasn’t been a smoker who just wants the caffeine/cognizine effects. Otherwise they just don’t do it for me as someone who gets nicotine cravings i think there are other options out there for my purpose at least I hope. The company has excellent customer service and I do recommend them for that purpose though.
